These scones are moist and tender with just the right balance of lemon, lavender, (the world's most romantic herb) and sugar. Perhaps the easiest scone mix ever, by adding one cup of whipping cream to the mix, you get results that would rival any high tea offering in London.  All of our mixes are handcrafted in small batches in Ailey, Georgia.
